تمكنت عناصر المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة سطات، مساء أمس الخميس 14 شتنبر 2023، من توقيف سائق مركبة نفعية يشتبه في تورطه في محاولة الاستيلاء على كمية من المواد الاستهلاكية المقدمة في إطار الدعم التضامني لضحايا الزلزال.

وكانت مصالح الأمن الوطني قد تفاعلت بسرعة وجدية كبيرة مع بلاغ تقدم به سائق سيارة أجرة، أوضح فيه أن المشتبه فيه عرَض عليه اقتناء مواد استهلاكية بثمن تفضيلي، وهو ما جعله يشك في مصدر وطبيعة السلع المعروضة للبيع.

وقد مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة من توقيف المشتبه فيه، وحجز السلع التي كانت مسلمة له من إحدى الجمعيات المدنية بالرباط على أساس نقلها على متن مركبته النفعية بمقابل مادي، نحو المناطق التي ضربها الزلزال.

وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.

الدارالبيضاء – مراسلة خاصة

تمكنت فرقة مكافحة العصابات بولاية أمن الدار البيضاء بتنسيق وثيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، خلال الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم السبت 15 يوليوز 2023، من توقيف شخصين يبلغان من العمر 37 و38 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهما في قضية تتعلق بحيازة وترويج شحنة مهمة وصل مجموعها 1.485.340 وحدة من المفرقعات والشهب النارية المهربة.

وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيهما خلال عمليات أمنية تم تنفيذها بمنطقتي سيدي البرنوصي ومولاي رشيد بمدينة الدار البيضاء، مباشرة بعد وصولهما على متن سيارتين نفعيتين قادمين من إحدى مدن شمال المملكة، قبل أن تسفر عملية التفتيش المنجزة على متن الناقلتين عن حجز 1.485.340 وحدة من المفرقعات والشهب النارية المهربة، بعضها بالغة الخطورة وسبق استخدامها في تنفيذ اعتداءات جسدية خطيرة.

عمليات التفتيش أسفرت أيضا عن حجز وثائق تعريف مزورة وهواتف نقالة ومبالغ مالية يشتبه في كونها من عائدات هذا النشاط الإجرامي.

وقد تم إيداع المشتبه فيهما تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الامتدادات المفترضة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي.

الرباط – مراسلة خاصة

جندت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أكثر من 5.300 موظفة وموظف شرطة ينتمون إلى مختلف وحدات المحافظة على النظام والفرق الشرطية المتخصصة، وذلك في إطار تأمين المباراة النهائية لكأس العرش برسم الموسم الرياضي 2021-2022، والتي ستجمع مساء اليوم، السبت 15 يوليوز 2023، بين فريقي الرجاء البيضاوي ونهضة بركان بملعب مركب الأمير مولاي عبد الله بمدينة الرباط.

وفي زيارة ميدانية لملعب مولاي عبد الله، اطلعت لجنة مركزية من المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني على تفاصيل البروتوكول الأمني الذي أعدته وتشرف على تنزيله ولاية أمن الرباط، وذلك لمواكبة هذه التظاهرة الرياضية وتأمين مختلف جوانبها التنظيمية.

وخلال هذه الجولة، استعرضت اللجنة المركزية الترتيبات الأمنية ومخططات العمل الميدانية لتأمين محيط المركب الرياضي الأمير مولاي عبد الله الذي يحتضن هذه المباراة. كما اطلعت عن كثب على آليات توزيع مختلف الوحدات والتشكيلات الشرطية وتقنيات التنسيق الميداني والعملياتي فيما بينها، فضلا عن مراجعة مخططات التعامل مع المتطلبات الأمنية وتدبير حالات الطوارئ.

وتحرص مصالح الأمن الوطني على توفير مواكبة شاملة للتظاهرات الكبرى التي تحتضنها بلادنا، وتلك المرتبطة بالمنافسات الرياضية على وجه الخصوص، حيث تفرد لها بروتوكلات أمنية تجمع بين تأمين توافد الجماهير ومغادرتهم، إلى جانب أمن المنشآت والملاعب الرياضية وسلامة تجهيزاتها، فضلا عن ضمان امتداد للترتيبات الأمنية على مجموع المجال الحضري، بشكل يحافظ على انسيابية السير والجولان في مختلف أرجاء المدينة ويضمن أمن الأشخاص والممتلكات الخاصة والعامة، وذلك بما يليق بالمكانة التنظيمية المميزة والثقة التي تحظى بها بلادنا على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي.

بعث صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، رسالة إلى فخامة السيد بينيامين نيتانياهو، الوزير الأول لدولة إسرائيل، أكد فيها جلالته على أن القرار “الهام” لدولة إسرائيل الاعتراف بسيادة المملكة المغربية على صحرائها، والنظر إيجابيا في فتح قنصلية بمدينة الداخلة، “صائب ومتبصر”.

وقال جلالة الملك، في هذه الرسالة، “معالي الوزير الأول، يطيب لي أن أعرب لكم عن خالص شكري وعظيم تقديري على رسالتكم التي أبلغتموني من خلالها بقرار دولة إسرائيل الاعتراف بسيادة المملكة المغربية على صحرائها والنظر إيجابيا في فتح قنصلية لبلدكم في مدينة الداخلة”، مؤكدا جلالته أن “هذا القرار لقي ترحيبا واسعا من لدن الشعب المغربي وقواه الحية”.

وأكد صاحب الجلالة أن قضية الصحراء المغربية تعتبر “القضية الوطنية للمملكة، وتتصدر أولويات سياستها الخارجية”، مضيفا أن “قراركم الهام هذا قرار صائب ومتبصر”.

وأوضح صاحب الجلالة قائلا: “فهو قرار صائب كونه يدعم الأسانيد القانونية الحقة والحقوق التاريخية الراسخة للمغرب في أقاليمه الصحراوية”، مشيرا إلى أن السيادة الفعلية للدولة المغربية وروابط البيعة القانونية التي ظلت تربط منذ عهود سلاطين وملوك المغرب والسكان المغاربة بهذه الأراضي العزيزة على قلوبهم، هي عناصر ثابتة لا يرقى إليها الشك.

وأضاف جلالته “هو قرار متبصر أيضا كونه ينسجم مع الدينامية الدولية القوية التي اعتمدتها دول عديدة من مختلف جهات العالم في اتجاه دعم حل سياسي نهائي لهذا النزاع الإقليمي الذي طال أمده، على أساس المبادرة المغربية القاضية بمنح الحكم الذاتي لمنطقة الصحراء في إطار سيادة المملكة ووحدتها الترابية”.

وذكر جلالة الملك، في هذه الرسالة، بأنه “منذ دجنبر 2020، لم تفتأ العلاقات الثنائية بين المملكة المغربية ودولة إسرائيل تتوطد في جميع المجالات”.

وقال جلالته: “فهذا الزخم الذي تشهده غير مسبوق، سواء على مستوى تبادل زيارات المسؤولين الرسميين ورجال الأعمال، أو على مستوى تطوير الإطار الاتفاقي وتنويع التعاون وتعزيز المبادلات التجارية”، مشيرا إلى أنه “مما يبعث على الارتياح أن للروابط الإنسانية العميقة القائمة بين بلدينا دورا حاسما في هذا الشأن، لاسيما من خلال الجالية اليهودية المغربية في إسرائيل”.

وأضاف صاحب الجلالة “إني لعلى يقين أن الموقف الواضح الذي اتخذتموه باسم دولة إسرائيل، بخصوص مغربية الصحراء، سيزيد من تعزيز الروابط بين المغرب وإسرائيل أكثر فأكثر. وبوسعكم، في هذا الصدد، أن تعولوا على التزامي الراسخ والثابت”.

وتابع جلالته: “فكما سبق وأكدت لكم، خلال محادثتنا الهاتفية بتاريخ 25 دجنبر 2020، فإني أرحب بكم للقيام بزيارة إلى المغرب في موعد يحدد عبر القنوات الدبلوماسية، بما يناسبنا معا “.

وفي هذا الإطار، شدد صاحب الجلالة على أن من شأن هذا اللقاء “أن يفتح إمكانيات جديدة للعلاقات الثنائية بين المغرب وإسرائيل، كما سيشكل مناسبة لتعزيز آفاق السلام لفائدة جميع شعوب المنطقة، وذلك باستحضار مضمون الإعلان الثلاثي الموقع في 22 دجنبر 2020 بين المملكة المغربية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودولة إسرائيل، بما في ذلك ما يتعلق بالمبادئ التوجيهية التي يجب أن تحكم تسوية النزاع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني”.

ادرت رئيسة مجلس النواب الأمريكي نانسي بيلوسي، اليوم الأربعاء، تايوان بعد زيارة فاقمت من التوترات بين الولايات المتحدة والصين التي ردت بالوعيد والمناورات العسكرية.

وفي وقت سابق الأربعاء، التقت بيلوسي، برئيسة تايوان تساي إنغ ون، في العاصمة تايبيه، ضمن جولة آسيوية بدأتها الاثنين، لكل من سنغافورة وماليزيا وكوريا الجنوبية واليابان.

ومساء الثلاثاء، استدعت الخارجية الصينية السفير الأمريكي لدى الصين نيكولاس بيرنز، على خلفية زيارة رئيسة مجلس النواب نانسي بيلوسي إلى تايوان.

وقالت الخارجية الصينية إن نائب وزير الخارجية الصيني (شي فينغ) أبلغ السفير الأمريكي بأن “زيارة بيلوسي لتايوان شريرة للغاية وأن عواقبها ستكون وخيمة جدًّا”.
